Compared with the U-WAVE technology from Mitutoyo, this reduces cable clutter and installation complexity. Direct transfers from compatible Microtech instruments to iPhone, iPad and Android devices are also supported, making field and shopfloor workflows more flexible without a large hardware footprint.

Manual Measurement Force Control lets operators set the desired measuring pressure so readings are taken only when the preset force is reached.
