Shipping Costs Germany (mainland):
Shipping is generally carried out via UPS. A flat shipping fee as stated applies.

For items marked with an *, additional shipping costs apply:

Parcel weight 30kg to 70kg: Shipping can be done via UPS – an additional handling fee of €12.50 net will be charged.
Parcel weights over 70kg: These are always shipped by freight forwarding – please request the corresponding conditions.
For parcel lengths over 600mm, additional handling costs of €12.50 net will also be charged.

Our offer is aimed only at entrepreneurs within the meaning of §14 BGB. All prices are net prices plus VAT. The minimum order value is €25 net.

Complaints: Deliveries must be inspected immediately by the buyer upon receipt for completeness, accuracy, and damage. Complaints must be reported to us in writing no later than eight (8) days after receipt of delivery. Otherwise, the delivery shall be deemed accepted. Transport damages must be reported immediately after receipt of the goods in writing to the carrier as well as to us.
