Complaints: The delivery is to be checked by the buyer immediately after receipt for completeness, correctness and damage. Complaints must be made to us in writing no later than eight (8) days after receipt of the delivery. Otherwise, the delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted. Damage caused by transport must be reported to the carrier as well as to us in writing immediately after receipt of the goods.
