Shipping Partners & Delivery Areas:
Standard deliveries are handled by UPS. Heavy or bulky items are dispatched via freight forwarder (carrier). We deliver within Germany and throughout the entire European Union (EU).

Shipping Costs:

Germany: Standard flat rate €9.80 (excl. VAT)
EU Countries: Standard flat rate €16.00 (excl. VAT)
Heavy & Bulky Goods / Freight Shipping: Freight charges for heavy or oversized items are calculated based on weight. These rates are displayed directly on the product detail page or calculated transparently at checkout.

Delivery Times:
In-stock items generally leave our warehouse within a maximum of 3 business days. Following your order, you will receive an official order confirmation detailing the final, binding delivery schedule.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer (Prepayment): Convenient advance wire transfer. Goods are shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Invoice / Purchase on Account: Available for commercial entities (B2B) and registered regular clients (subject to credit check).
