Good illumination is an essential component in microscopy to achieve high quality results. Dino-Lite microscopes are equipped with their own illumination, which consists of eight white LEDs in a ring light. Using FLC technology, the LEDs can be individually dimmed or completely switched off to achieve the perfect light for any application. The Polarisation filter is an indispensable tool for optimal illumination of samples. By continuously adjusting the filter, disturbing light reflections on the material can be reduced. This is particularly important when examining reflective surfaces. The microscope has a front cap system that allows it to work completely without a front cap. The microscope is supplied with different front caps (may vary depending on the microscope) that can be easily attached to the microscope for optimal adaptation to the application. By using diffusers, a different type of light scattering can be achieved, which reduces light reflections and thus enables better image quality.
