Good illumination is important in microscopy to achieve good results. Dino-Lite microscopes come with their own illumination - 8 white LEDs built into a ring light. Using the FLC (Flexible Light Control), the LEDs can be dimmed from 100% to 6.25% or switched off completely. In addition, the LEDs can be switched on and off in pairs. This way - if needed - the light can shine on the workpiece from different directions and lead to even better results. . The microscope's front cap system allows you to work without a front cap to obtain an undistorted and clear view of the object under examination. The microscope is supplied with different front caps (may vary depending on the microscope) that can be easily attached to the microscope for optimal adaptation to the application. By using the diffusers, a special light diffusion can be achieved which helps to reduce light reflections.
