ISOFLEX steel scale L 500 mm — flexible spring-steel rule with polyamide protection

ISOFLEX steel scale L 500 mm is a flexible spring-steel measuring rule with a polyamide protective coating, designed for precise linear measurement in workshops, production and inspection tasks.

• Flexible spring-steel construction
• Polyamide protective coating
• 1 mm clear graduations
• 500 mm length, thin cross-section

Accurate readings on flat and curved surfaces for faster workflows

The flexible spring steel construction allows secure contact against slightly curved or irregular surfaces while preserving a straight reference when laid flat. The 1 mm graduations are printed for immediate visual clarity, so measurements are taken faster and with fewer re-checks. The slim 13 x 0.3 mm cross-section provides a defined measuring edge that aids repeatable placement, reducing operator adjustment time and improving throughput in repetitive tasks.

Traceable quality and inspection-ready design for quality assurance

With a durable build and a specification indicating inspection required, this measuring rule is suitable for applications where traceability and documented quality control matter. The 500 mm length covers a wide range of typical workshop measurements without frequent repositioning, and the robust construction supports routine inspection procedures. The inspection requirement signals that the item is maintained to a verifiable standard, which assists in audit situations and internal quality checks.

Longer service life through protective coating and practical handling

A polyamide protective coating provides high wear resistance and keeps the scale legible despite regular use, helping to avoid costly replacements. The protective layer also reduces edge corrosion risk and softens the user contact without compromising accuracy. Supplied as a single unit, the measuring rule combines compact handling with a long service life, delivering reliable results for everyday workshop measuring tasks.
